Join our team: PhD positions in Quantum Acousto-optics!
I am looking for motivated PhD candidates to join my research group at Wrocław Tech.
What we do: We work on the Quantum Acousto-optics of Hybrid Nanosystems (NCN MAESTRO project). Our research focuses on the interaction between light, sound (lattice vibrations), and solid-state quantum emitters like quantum dots and defect centers. We aim to develop new ways of transducing quantum information in hybrid systems.
What we offer:
- Work in a vibrant theoretical research environment.
- Doctoral School scholarship: PLN 4400 gross (approx. PLN 3900 net) for the 1st and 2nd years, PLN 5490 gross (approx. PLN 4870 net) for the 3rd and 4th years. Most successful PhD students may receive an additional project scholarship of 3000 PLN.
